What motivates you to get you to the gym?
“It’s not just my job, but my passion to teach classes and motivate students. I get so much energy from it and it’s rewarding to watch others enjoy it!”

Why should people try Barre?
“It’s a true full-body workout. Inspired by pilates and ballet, it’s functional fitness training and keeps the heart rate up, start to finish. Light weights sculpt the back, arms, legs and butt while floor work builds core strength and defined abs. It also uses graceful ballet positions and challenging holds that strengthen and lengthen muscles. With great music and energetic instructors, MYBarre is for all fitness levels and body types. This style of training also leads to healthy joints and improved posture for muscles that are toned, sculpted and lean.”
What would you say to those who body shame themselves?
“I think you have to be comfortable and confident in your own skin. If you want to change the way you look, you should set goals to find a healthy and happy way to get there. We all have our insecurities, but you have to love yourself first! Invest time and energy into yourself, and you can become the best version of yourself.”
What drove you to open ZnB Fitness?
“We started very small with only a few weekly classes. My husband and I taught all the classes until demand increased enough for us to find our own space and other instructors. It grew very quickly into what we have today, with two new studios and two gyms.”
